  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 ounces achiote powder
  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons Mexican oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Instructions
