- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and stir well.
- Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin tin cup. Add a spoonful of meat mixture and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the wonton cups are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
