Ingredients
- 180–220 g chicken breast
- 150 g mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 small cucumber
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 large red chili
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- Fresh coriander/cilantro
- Thai chilli lime dressing (includes coriander stems, Chilli Garlic Sauce, garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, canola oil, sugar)
Instructions
