Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2: Cook the Meat

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk.

- Spread the meat mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables in an even layer.
- Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top.
Step 5: Bake the Casserole
- Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake for 5 more minutes, until melted and bubbly.
