  4. Shape the dough into a ball and place seam-side up in a floured basket. Let it proof for an additional two hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 460°F (238°C) with the dutch oven inside.
  6. Score the top of the dough and bake covered for 30 minutes; then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on a rack for at least one hour before slicing.
