- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp:
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt, peppercorns, garlic, and lemon wedges.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Transfer shrimp to an ice bath to cool. Drain and pat dry.
- Prepare the Zesty Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Chill the sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Serve:
- Arrange shrimp on a platter or in individual glasses.
- Serve with the zesty sauce, lemon wedges, and garnish with parsley.
