Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cubes (seedless and chilled)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • 2 cups cold water or soda water
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Optional: Mint leaves, a pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
  • Blend the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup in a blender until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  • Add cold water or soda water and stir well.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
