A quick and easy recipe for making a Refreshing Watermelon Cooler, the perfect summer drink to stay hydrated and enjoy fresh flavors.

- 4 cups watermelon cubes (seedless and chilled)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 2 cups cold water or soda water
- Ice cubes (as needed)
- Optional: Mint leaves, a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds.
- Blend the watermelon cubes, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup in a blender until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add cold water or soda water and stir well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
- Garnish with mint leaves or lime slices before serving.
Notes
- For a fizzy version, use sparkling water instead of still water.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey/agave syrup.
- Freeze leftover cooler into ice cubes or popsicles for later use.
