Description

A light, refreshing, and naturally sweetened drink made with fresh raspberries, mint, and sparkling water. Perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (or frozen)
  • 1012 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Optional: ½ cup white wine, prosecco, or vodka (for an alcoholic version)

Instructions

  • Muddle the mint and raspberries – In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, gently muddle fresh raspberries and mint leaves to release their flavors.
  • Add sweetener and citrus juice – Pour in the lemon or lime juice and add honey or simple syrup. Stir to combine.
  • Strain (optional) – If a smoother texture is preferred, strain the mixture into a clean bowl or pitcher.
  • Combine with sparkling water – Fill a serving glass with ice, pour in the raspberry-mint mixture, and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.
  • Garnish and serve – Add fresh raspberries, a mint sprig, and a lemon slice for extra presentation. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a stronger mint flavor, let the muddled mixture sit for 10 minutes before adding sparkling water.
  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with ice for a slushie-style drink.
  • To make ahead, store the muddled raspberry-mint mixture in the fridge and add sparkling water just before serving.
