- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken thighs dry and season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear the Chicken:

- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, nestling them into the sauce.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil or red pepper flakes, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
