  • 6 black tea bags (English breakfast or your choice)
  • 2 cups mango nectar or juice
  • Honey (optional)
  • 1.5 cups fresh mango slices
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • Mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan until bubbling. Pour into a heat-safe pitcher.
  2. Add black tea bags to hot water; steep for 3-5 minutes based on desired strength.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in mango nectar. Sweeten with honey if desired.
  4. Mix in fresh mango slices, reserving some for garnish.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to meld flavors.
  6. Just before serving, stir in raspberries and pour over ice. Garnish with reserved mango slices and mint sprigs.
