  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4 cups sliced barely ripe bananas
  • 1 (12 oz.) box Nilla Wafers

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and cold water; beat until mixed (about 1 minute). Add pudding mix and beat for another 2 minutes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the chilled pudding mixture.
  3. To assemble, layer 1/3 of Nilla Wafers at the bottom of your serving dish, followed by 1/3 of sliced bananas and then 1/3 of pudding mixture. Repeat twice more.
  4. Garnish with additional Nilla Wafers or crumbs on top, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
