Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8" x 8" baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix sliced zucchini, yellow squash, basil, garlic powder, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle remaining cheeses on top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
