Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Bacon
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, flipping as needed.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble once cooled.
Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat.
- Break the beef apart with a wooden spoon and cook until browned.
- Drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon for flavor.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
Step 4: Prepare the Alfredo Sauce
- In the same skillet, add Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and beef broth.
- Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Step 5: Combine Everything
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Stir in the ground beef and crispy bacon crumbles.
- Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
Step 6: Serve & Garnish
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with extra cheese, bacon, and fresh parsley if desired.
