  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup beef broth (for extra depth of flavor)

Seasonings & Flavor Enhancers:

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Optional Toppings & Add-ins:

  • Diced tomatoes (for a fresh contrast)
  • Pickles (for a true cheeseburger flavor)
  • Caramelized onions (for added sweetness)
  • Hot sauce (for extra heat)

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Bacon

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, flipping as needed.
  3. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble once cooled.

Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef

  1. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat.
  2. Break the beef apart with a wooden spoon and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess fat, leaving about 1 tablespoon for flavor.
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain and set aside.

Step 4: Prepare the Alfredo Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, add Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and beef broth.
  2. Stir well and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Gradually add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Step 5: Combine Everything

  1. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  2. Stir in the ground beef and crispy bacon crumbles.
  3. Let everything simmer for 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.

Step 6: Serve & Garnish

  1. Transfer to a serving dish.
  2. Garnish with extra cheese, bacon, and fresh parsley if desired.
  3. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra cheesiness, sprinkle more shredded cheddar on top and broil for 1-2 minutes.
  • To make it spicier, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days.
  • Reheat with a splash of milk or cream to keep the sauce creamy.
