  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prepare the Matcha Base:
    • Sift 2 teaspoons of matcha powder into a bowl to remove clumps.
    • Add 1/4 cup of hot water (175°F/80°C) and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) in a zig-zag motion until frothy.
  • Muddle Mint Leaves:
    • Add 6–8 fresh mint leaves to a glass and gently muddle them to release their natural oils.
  • Assemble the Latte:
