Description

These easy ham and cheese sliders are made with Hawaiian rolls, melted butter, Dijon mustard, and Swiss cheese for the ultimate party snack!


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • ½ pound sliced ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping them connected.
  • Layer ham and Swiss cheese evenly.
  • Place top half of rolls back on.
  • Mix butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush butter mixture over the sliders.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve.
