Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound whole fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

  5. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes until all ingredients are cooked through.
