This Fruity Marshmallow Fudge is a creamy, colorful, and easy no-bake treat made with white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and fruity marshmallows. Perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting, this fudge requires just a few ingredients and minimal effort!

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 2 cups fruit-flavored mini marshmallows

- ½ cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, or almonds)
- ¼ cup dried fruit (chopped cherries, cranberries, or apricots)
- ½ teaspoon citrus zest (orange or lemon)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Melt the Base
- In a heavy-bottom saucepan over low heat, combine:
- White chocolate chips
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Butter
- Stir continuously until smooth and fully melted.

- Add Flavoring
- Remove from heat and stir in:
- Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Remove from heat and stir in:
- Fold in Marshmallows
- Let the mixture cool for 1-2 minutes before adding fruit-flavored mini marshmallows.
- Gently stir to distribute evenly.
- Pour and Set
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Slice and Serve
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper.
- Cut into small squares and enjoy!
