Description

These refreshing Fruit Popsicles are the ultimate summer treat! Made with fresh, wholesome ingredients, they are perfect for cooling down on hot days without any added sugars. Ingredients

  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • ¾ cup diced strawberries
  • ½ cup cubed mango
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 sliced kiwis

Instructions

  1. Combine the apple juice, coconut water, and lime juice in a pitcher and set aside.
  2. Layer the diced strawberries in popsicle molds, followed by mango slices, blueberries, and kiwi.
  3. Fill the molds with the juice mixture until nearly full.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for about 5 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, run warm water over the molds and gently pull out the popsicles.
