Ingredients
- 500 g Skinless, boneless salmon fillets
- 15 g Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or chives)
- 1 Lemon (zest only)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Medium egg
- 4 tbsp Plain flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 tsp Milk
- 50 g Defrosted peas
- Olive oil for frying
- 300 ml Natural yoghurt
- 1/2 Cucumber (grated)
- 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
- Lettuce and burger buns
Instructions
- Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and pulse in a food processor with fresh herbs, lemon zest, garlic powder, egg, flour, salt, and pepper until well combined but chunky.
- Stir in defrosted peas and add milk gradually until you achieve a thick batter.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Form the mixture into four patties and cook for about 8-10 minutes per side until golden brown.
- For the tzatziki dressing, combine natural yogurt, grated cucumber, and crushed garlic in a mixing bowl.
- Serve the cooked salmon burgers in buns topped with lettuce and drizzled with tzatziki.
