These Easy French Dip Sliders are packed with juicy roast beef, melted provolone, and a buttery, garlic-infused topping. Served with a rich au jus dipping sauce, they’re the ultimate party appetizer or quick dinner.

For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or soft slider buns)
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 6 slices provolone cheese (cut in half)
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
For the Au Jus (Dipping Sauce):
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven & Rolls
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
Step 2: Layer the Sliders
- Evenly layer roast beef over the rolls.
- Add provolone cheese slices on top.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
Step 3: Make the Butter Topping
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds if using.
Step 4: Bake the Sliders
- Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 5-10 minutes, until golden brown.
Step 5: Prepare the Au Jus Sauce
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into small dipping bowls.
Step 6: Serve & Enjoy
- Remove sliders from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Slice into individual portions and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly toast the bottom rolls before assembling.
- Use Swiss, mozzarella, or cheddar for a different flavor.
