- 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies (frozen)
- 4 cups chicken broth (divided)
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine 3 cups of chicken broth with frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before cooking ends, heat the remaining chicken broth with cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and stir to combine. Top with additional cheddar cheese and cook on low for another 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
