Description

These Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sliders are tender, juicy, and packed with buffalo flavor. Made in the slow cooker, they’re easy, delicious, and perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family meal!


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns (Hawaiian, brioche, or potato rolls)
  • Lettuce or coleslaw (optional)
  • Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Mix buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.
  • Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer. Stir it back into the sauce.
  • Toast slider buns if desired.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing shredded buffalo chicken on buns. Add lettuce, coleslaw, blue cheese, or pickles if desired.
  • Serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
  • To reheat, warm the shredded buffalo chicken in the microwave or stovetop with extra sauce to prevent drying out.
