These Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sliders are tender, juicy, and packed with buffalo flavor. Made in the slow cooker, they’re easy, delicious, and perfect for game day, parties, or a quick family meal!

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 12 slider buns (Hawaiian, brioche, or potato rolls)
- Lettuce or coleslaw (optional)
- Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken using two forks or a hand mixer. Stir it back into the sauce.
- Toast slider buns if desired.
- Assemble the sliders by placing shredded buffalo chicken on buns. Add lettuce, coleslaw, blue cheese, or pickles if desired.
- Serve immediately with extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
- To reheat, warm the shredded buffalo chicken in the microwave or stovetop with extra sauce to prevent drying out.
