  • 23 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cooked chicken, onion soup mix, mushroom soup, chicken soup, milk, sour cream, water, minute rice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spray a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
