  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cheddar soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • ¼ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion and garlic until fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in cheddar soup, cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese until combined.
