  • 1 cup pork rind crumbs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, egg, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and roll each in pork rind crumbs.
  4. Place meatballs in the baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes until browned.
  5. For the sauce, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, then pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
