  • ½ cup cold butter, cubed

Caramel Drizzle

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  • Make the Apple Filling: In a bowl, mix diced apples with lemon juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Let sit for 10 minutes.
