Instructions
For Fried Buffalo Wings:
- Pat dry the wings with paper towels.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain excess oil on a wire rack.
- Toss wings in warm Buffalo sauce and serve immediately.
For Baked Buffalo Wings:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Toss wings with seasoning and baking powder.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Toss wings in Buffalo sauce before serving.
For Air Fryer Buffalo Wings:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season wings and arrange them in a single layer.
- Air fry for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
