- 4 cups cold water, divided
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar (or more to taste)
- 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice, chilled
- 4 tablespoons blue raspberry syrup
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of cold water and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Remove from heat and let the syrup cool.
- In a pitcher, mix the cooled syrup with the remaining 3 cups of cold water and blue raspberry syrup. Stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness if necessary. Serve over ice with lemon slices.
