Crispy, sweet, and smoky Bacon Wrapped Little Smokies are the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Wrapped in bacon and coated in brown sugar, they’re easy to make and always a crowd favorite!

- 1 package Little Smokies (~12 oz)
- 1 lb bacon (cut into thirds)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wrap each Little Smokie in a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Roll in brown sugar and place on a wire rack over a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispness.
- Let cool for a few minutes and serve warm with dipping sauces.

- For Extra Crispiness: Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end.
- For a Spicier Version: Add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
