Instructions

  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, oils, sugars, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
  6. Gently fold in zucchini, apple, and walnuts; let sit for 5 minutes.
  7. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake: mini loaves for 35-40 minutes and full loaves for about 55 minutes.
